Frog Game is a project developed over the course of five days for the Game Jam organized by the faculty where I study. The game was created by a team of five people and revolves around a unique concept: a blind frog that must explore a mysterious forest to regain its vision.
We developed the game using Unity, focusing on creating an immersive experience despite the limited timeframe. This was our first Game Jam, and it provided a valuable learning experience in rapid prototyping, teamwork, and problem-solving under tight deadlines.
For this project, I also took the opportunity to experiment with 3D modeling for the first time. I modeled the game’s characters using Blender and Maya, which allowed me to explore a new creative area within game development. This hands-on experience helped me understand the basics of 3D modeling pipelines and gave me insight into how to integrate assets into Unity. Overall, Frog Game was a rewarding project that helped me grow both as a game developer and as a 3D artist.
